Description

A minor road leaving B730 (T24) just south of Stair bridge and continuing until it meets A70 near Belston.

In the Road Acts

1805: A road from near Stair Bridge by Dalmore, and the Old Bridge Of Kyle, till it joins the road from Ayr to Cumnock, passing through the parishes of Stair and Coylton.
1827: The road from near Stair Bridge, by Dalmore and the Old Bridge Of Kyle, till it join the road from Ayr to Cumnock, passing through the parishes of Stair and Coylton.

MS Summary

One direction stone and three milestones: Stair ¾, 1¾, 2¾.

Direction stone at the where T69 leaves B730 (T24).
